Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the game مين الكذّاب (Meen Al-Khaddhab) (the "App"), provided by Simplicity Apps (the "Developer", "we", "us"), handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy. You can contact us anytime at simplicityapps@outlook.com.

Information we collect

Account identifier. When you open the App you are signed in as an anonymous guest with a random identifier. You may optionally upgrade to Sign in with Apple, which gives us a stable, Apple-provided user identifier. We request your name only; we do not collect your email address.
Profile data. Your chosen display name, optional unique handle, and selected avatar.
Gameplay data. In-game chat messages, clues, votes, round results, and your competitive rating, points, and statistics.
Friends. If you add friends, we store your friends list and pending friend requests.
Diagnostics & usage. Through Google Firebase, we may collect basic app usage and diagnostic data to keep the App working and to detect abuse.

We do not sell your data, and the App does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

How we use your information

To run the real-time multiplayer game (rooms, roles, chat, voting, results).
To maintain your profile, competitive rating, leaderboards, and friends.
To moderate the service (profanity filtering, reporting, and blocking).
To operate, secure, and improve the App.

What is visible to others

Because this is a multiplayer game with leaderboards, the following are visible to other players: your display name, handle, avatar, in-game chat, and competitive rating/points. Please don't share personal or sensitive information in chat.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, and Analytics) to host and operate the App, and Apple Sign in with Apple for optional account login. Your data is processed by these providers under their own privacy terms (Firebase, Apple).

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, rating, statistics, friends, and sign-in. You may also email us to request deletion.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. Because it includes unmoderated user-generated chat, it is rated for older audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We apply reasonable technical measures (encrypted transport, server-side access rules) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

بيانات اللعب. رسائل الدردشة داخل اللعبة، والتلميحات، والتصويتات، ونتائج الجولات، وتصنيفك ونقاطك وإحصائياتك.
الأصدقاء. إذا أضفت أصدقاء، نحفظ قائمة أصدقائك وطلبات الصداقة المعلّقة.
بيانات التشخيص والاستخدام. عبر Google Firebase، قد نجمع بيانات استخدام وتشخيص أساسية للحفاظ على عمل التطبيق واكتشاف الإساءة.

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك، والتطبيق لا يستخدم الإعلانات ولا التتبّع عبر التطبيقات.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

لتشغيل اللعبة الجماعية الفورية (الغرف، الأدوار، الدردشة، التصويت، النتائج).
للحفاظ على ملفك الشخصي وتصنيفك والمتصدّرين والأصدقاء.
للإشراف على الخدمة (تصفية الألفاظ، الإبلاغ، والحظر).
لتشغيل التطبيق وحمايته وتحسينه.

ما يظهر للآخرين

بما أنها لعبة جماعية فيها متصدّرون، فإن ما يلي يظهر للاعبين الآخرين: اسمك الظاهر، ومعرّفك، وصورتك الرمزية، ودردشتك داخل اللعبة، وتصنيفك ونقاطك. الرجاء عدم مشاركة معلومات شخصية أو حسّاسة في الدردشة.

مزوّدو الخدمة

نستخدم Google Firebase (المصادقة، Firestore، الدوال السحابية، App Check، والتحليلات) لاستضافة التطبيق وتشغيله، وتسجيل الدخول بـ Apple لتسجيل الدخول الاختياري. تُعالَج بياناتك لدى هؤلاء المزوّدين وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال نشاط حسابك. ويمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة به نهائياً في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. كما يمكنك مراسلتنا لطلب الحذف.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً. ولاحتوائه على دردشة غير خاضعة لرقابة كاملة، فهو مصنّف للفئات الأكبر سناً. ولا نجمع عمداً معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

الأمان

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية معقولة (نقل مشفّر، وقواعد وصول من جهة الخادم) لحماية بياناتك. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.

التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويعكس تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه أحدث نسخة.
