Overview

ColorCue AI ("the App") is an accessibility tool that helps users identify colors using their device camera. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Camera Access

The App requires access to your device camera to identify colors in real time. Camera data is:

• Processed entirely on-device in real time
• Never recorded, stored, or transmitted
• Never shared with any third party
• Used solely for the purpose of color identification

Camera access can be revoked at any time through your device Settings.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Color History: Colors you explicitly save (color name, hex code, RGB values, and timestamp). Stored using Apple's SwiftData framework on your device.
• User Preferences: Language, haptic feedback, color database, and simulation settings. Stored using Apple's UserDefaults.

This data is not accessible to us or any third party.

Third-Party Services

ColorCue AI does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. The App does not contain ads.

Network Access

ColorCue AI does not require or use an internet connection. All processing is performed on-device.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Data Deletion

All data stored by the App can be deleted by:

• Deleting individual colors from the History tab
• Deleting the App from your device, which removes all associated data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
